Welcome to Hearts Blossoming. I’m Lani, the creative behind everything you see here.

I started the Hearts Blossoming Snail Mail Club as a way to more intentionally connect with and care for my loved ones overseas. I grew up in Australia, studied in Thailand, and later moved to Canada, so I’ve spent a lot of my life loving people from a distance.

Living in a completely different timezone from the people you love can make it hard to show up for them in the ways you wish you could. For me, sending handwritten cards became a way to close that gap.

I began by sending cards for birthdays, holidays, and small moments in between. Over time, I noticed how much the people in my life loved receiving these little surprises in their mailboxes. And just as much, I realized how in love I was with the process of sitting down, writing, and sending something thoughtful.

That’s where this little adventure began.

Hearts Blossoming is about creating small, meaningful moments of connection. It’s about reminding someone that they are thought of, cared for, and not alone, even if just for a moment.

Thank you for being here and for being part of this community. It truly means so much that you’ve found your way to this little corner of the world.
