What to Expect

Each Hearts Blossoming mail includes:

  • a heartfelt letter discussing the art print written by me
  • a 5 × 7 art print to inspire creativity, self care, and connection
  • a 4 × 6 postcard you can send to someone you love

Every month brings a new design, a new message, and a new moment to pause.

You can update your address, payment details, or manage your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

Please note: It may take up to 4 weeks for your mail to arrive, especially if you live overseas or in a remote area. If your letter hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, please reach out to me at heartsblossomingbylani@gmail.com and I will happily send you a replacement.

How does it work?

Sign up by the last day of the month before midnight PST to receive the following month’s mail.

  • For example, to receive your May letter, you must sign up in April.

All letters are shipped within the first 7 days of the new month.

When will I receive my letter?

Orders are sent within the first 7 days of each month.

  • Canada: typically arrives within 2 weeks
  • International: can take up to 15 business days depending on location

Please note that replacement requests must be made within 4-8 weeks of the letter being sent, or I will unfortunately not be able to replace your snail mail without cost to you. 

Can I track my letter?

No, all mail is sent via standard untracked letter post to keep costs low and accessible for all Blossoms.

How can I update my address or payment details?

You can update your address, payment details, or pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed monthly on the same date you signed up.

  • For example, if you subscribe on May 1, your next billing date will be June 1.

Will I be charged extra for shipping?

Shipping is included in your subscription price, including international orders.
