How does it work?

This listing is for a past month’s Hearts Blossoming mail. Once purchased, your order will be prepared and shipped to you within 7 days. This is a one time purchase and not part of the monthly subscription.

When will I receive my letter?

Orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase.

• Canada: typically arrives within 2 weeks
• International: can take up to 15 business days depending on location

Please note that delivery may take up to 4 weeks, especially if you live overseas or in a remote area.

Can I track my letter?

No, all mail is sent via standard untracked letter post to keep costs low and accessible for all Blossoms.

What if my letter doesn’t arrive?

If your letter hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of being shipped, please email me at heartsblossomingbylani@gmail.com and I will happily look into it for you.

Please note that replacement requests must be made within 8 weeks of the letter being sent, or I will unfortunately not be able to replace your snail mail without cost to you. 

Will I be charged extra for shipping?

Shipping is included in the price, including international orders.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

No worries at all. Please email me at heartsblossomingbylani@gmail.com as soon as possible and I will do my best to update it before your order is sent.
